ZoLink is an independent directory that organizes content shared publicly or submitted by the community, including Zalo groups, official OA channels, and Mini Apps.
We created this page to explain how content is received, reviewed, edited, displayed, and handled when concerns are raised. This policy also helps users understand why certain listings may be accepted, declined, edited for clarity, or removed from the directory.
The purpose of this content policy
We want to maintain a directory that is:
- Easy to browse
- Easy to understand
- Less likely to contain misleading information
- Able to improve over time
- Open to feedback from the community
ZoLink does not replace the role of the original content owner. Our role is to help users find, compare, and access information more easily through a clearer, editorially structured presentation.
What types of content we may list
At the moment, our directory mainly focuses on:
- Zalo Groups that are publicly shared or recommended by the community
- OA Channels that can be accessed or followed publicly
- Mini Apps created by organizations or individuals and shared publicly
- Titles, summaries, categories, and descriptive information that support discovery and browsing
Displayed content may come from:
- publicly available sources on the internet
- user submissions
- information that we have edited for readability and clarity
Criteria for content to be listed
A listing may be considered for display when it generally meets the following standards:
- It has a sufficiently clear purpose or topic
- It includes basic information that helps users understand what it is
- It appears to be publicly accessible or properly shared, based on the information available to us
- It does not show obvious signs of fraud, impersonation, or harm
- It does not conflict with the way our directory is operated
In many cases, we may edit the title, description, category, or display format so the content is clearer before it appears in the directory.
Submitting content does not guarantee that it will be published.
What content may be declined or deprioritized
We may decline to display, or choose not to prioritize, content such as:
- Information that is too vague to describe properly
- Links that do not work or cannot be minimally verified
- Repeated duplicate submissions
- Content that appears spammy, engagement-driven, or overly promotional
- Content that appears misleading, impersonates others, or uses brands inappropriately
- Content that may expose users to harm
- Content that may violate the law or the rights of others
- Content that falls outside the current scope of the directory
We may also choose not to prioritize content that has little discovery value, lacks context, or appears to have been submitted only to fill space rather than to help users meaningfully.
How we review and edit content
Our content workflow usually involves several steps, including both technical support and final editorial review.
1. Content intake
Content may enter the review queue through:
- publicly shared data
- community submissions
- requests for updates or corrections
2. Initial technical screening
We may use AI, data-processing tools, or technical support workflows to detect issues such as:
- duplicates
- formatting problems
- missing information
- unusual signals
- unusually high reporting volume
If a listing receives many reports in a short period of time, the system may assist with an initial review before the content moves to the next stage.
3. Final editorial review
Before content is published or updated, an editor performs the final review to assess:
- whether the presentation is clear
- whether the category is appropriate
- whether the content appears materially misleading
- whether it should be edited, temporarily hidden, declined, or removed
We aim to maintain a responsible editorial process, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be fully accurate or up to date at every moment.
Our editorial rights and display adjustments
To keep the directory more consistent and easier to browse, we may:
- edit titles
- shorten or rewrite descriptions
- change categories
- standardize the display format
- merge duplicate entries
- temporarily hide or remove content when necessary
These adjustments are made to improve clarity and usability. They do not imply that we claim ownership of the original content.
When content may be removed or temporarily hidden
A listing may be temporarily hidden or removed from the directory in situations such as:
- A valid removal request is submitted by a relevant party
- The content is reported multiple times and there are reasonable grounds for review
- The link no longer works or now leads to materially different content
- The information is clearly inaccurate, outdated, or misleading
- There are signs of copyright issues, trademark misuse, impersonation, or interference with lawful rights
- There are signs of harmful or unlawful content
- The content no longer fits the current standards or scope of the directory
Temporary hiding is a precaution during review. It does not always mean that a final decision has been made.
The user’s role in improving content quality
Users can help improve the quality of the directory by:
- submitting new content
- reporting broken links
- flagging inaccurate information
- suggesting description changes
- requesting removal where there is a valid basis
Submitting feedback or reports does not require an account. Users may leave their name so we can acknowledge and thank them, while email or Zalo contact details remain optional if follow-up is needed.
We encourage users to send feedback that is clear, concise, and contextual so that review can be more efficient.
What we do not guarantee
Even with review and editorial checks in place, we do not guarantee that:
- every link will always remain active
- every piece of information will always be complete or fully accurate
- every listing will be suitable for every user
- every request will be handled immediately
- every submitted item will be published
ZoLink operates as a reference directory with editorial review. We are not a guarantor, do not represent third parties, and are not responsible for conversations, transactions, or activities taking place inside groups, OA channels, Mini Apps, or external websites linked from the directory.
How to report content or request action
If you want to report, correct, or request removal of content, you can use the following channels:
- the report icon available on each listing
- the Contact page
- email: [email protected]
You may also reach out through Facebook or X, but those channels may not be responded to as quickly as email, the contact form, or the website’s built-in reporting tools.
